Stained glass virgin touch
standing stoic and watching me
Like religion, or something more
down on your knees
I kiss the rosary that hangs there on your chest
And you shudder at my touch
Is this lust, or forgiveness?
Is my body given for you?
Or is yours given for me?
I'll hold you, worship you
put holes in my wrists for you
You know not what you do
From both my eyes, I bleed for you
A love like stigmata
Please accept my offering
and forgive if it seems cruel
This is my love, my blood
given for you
placed there upon your lips,
eyes closed, thoughts whispered
All the cries for our naked touch
have been heard
Is your body given for me?
Or is mine given for you?
I'll hold you, worship you
put holes in my wrists for you
You know not what you do
From both my eyes, I bleed for you
A love like stigmata
I'll hold you, worship you
put holes in my wrists for you
You know not what you do
From both my eyes, I bleed for you

New wave of Gothic Rock at it's finest. This band has top level talent from well renowned acts involved so wasn't the least bit surprised upon hearing the opening track. If you miss late 80's to mid 90's gothic rock bands, I can't recommend this one enough. m4rkos1334

Featured this album on the seventh issue of RULE of THREE (http://bit.ly/RULEofTHREEbc). Rites and Rituals is an instant classic paying respect to 80's post-punk bands from Chameleons to Gene Loves Jezebel with a modern twist and stand-out vocals. Gallows Hill is a perfect mix of 80's nostalgia, modern post-punk and - dare I say it - pop. Christian Schaefer
